1、語言引導法
語言引導法其實就是“說半截話”——老師說前面的話,后面的話引導學生說出來。這種方法可以貫穿培訓始終,保持對學員的吸引力并增強參與性。
2、動作引導法
動作引導法與活動游戲法比較類似,只不過動作不需要太大,只是身體的某部分(尤其是手)要做些動作。
3、道具運用法
運用道具也是互動的一種方式。只漏蘆是作為互動方式來說,運用道具僅僅是某個環節的內容,并不貫穿始終。
4、學員演示法
教師可以設計某個活動或者某些內容,請學員代表來演示,通過學員實操達到效果。這就是學員演示法。學員演示法是部分學員上臺來演示,如果全部學員都參與,就是活動游戲法。
5、角色扮演法
角色扮演法是指由學員扮演某個角色去操作一項任務的互動方法。角色扮演法和學員演示法類似,都是學員去操作或者演示;不同之處在于,角色扮演法是學員以某個角色的身份去操作,而學員演示法依然是以學員本身的斗雹身份去演示。
